Actress Elnaaz Norouzi has consistently demonstrated her prowess over the years by portraying dual characters within the same show, leaving audiences stunned! Moving forward, she continued to push boundaries, as seen in ‘Chutzpah,’ where she effortlessly slipped into the skins of Sara and Wild Butterfly, each character etched with unique traits and mannerisms.

She does it yet again with her latest endeavour, ‘Rannneeti Balakot & Beyond,’ where the 27-year-old surprises the audiences with her role as Netra who is an undercover agent in Pakistan as Fahima, her transformation into an undercover agent devoted who is so dedicated towards the country is remarkable. From her impeccable command over the ‘Urdu’ language to her never seen action before! It’s a visual treat for the viewers.

Speaking about how she does it so effortlessly, Elnaaz shared, “Playing two characters in the same series is a thrilling challenge. As an actor, you always want a challenging role with layers so you delve deeper into the psychology of each character. It may look seamless on the screen, but a lot of effort goes into it! From the language to your looks, to how you move, everything needs to be prepped well so that the audiences can see the difference between the characters and can connect with each one differently.”

The show revolves around the journey of an RAW agent and his team as they retaliate against Pakistan following the devastating Pulwama attacks. Their mission involves rescuing a captured pilot amidst a backdrop of hybrid warfare and Pakistan’s manipulation of global media, all while revealing the deceitful tactics of the neighbouring country. Directed by Santosh Singh, the series stars Jimmy Shergill, Elnaaz Norouzi, Lara Dutta, Prasanna Venkatesan, Ashutosh Rana, Ashish Vidyarthi, Akanksha Singh and Satyajeet Dubey in pivotal roles and is currently streaming on Jio Cinema.
